A two-story building on the riverside of Mazā Jugla. Suitable for leisure in a company as big as 15 people (12 bedplaces).

The first floor contains a wet sauna in which bathbrooms are allowed. Our guests have access to a meadow behind the house for various activities, a spacious terrace, a grill and a jacuzzi hottub. There is an exit to the river as well.

This house has everything needed for short-term living: a kitchenette with dishes, an electric stove, kettle and a microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer section. The first floor room has a dining table, sofa and a radio (AUX, USB). There is also a toilet and a separate shower.

The second floor is divided in two bedrooms (each has two double beds, one single bed), a front room with a single bed (there is also an additional single mattress, if needed), and a toilet.

The water is provided from our local well.
